Bill brought over enthusiasm for Whiskey, Jimmy brought the delectable snacks, Dawson remembered to turn on the camera's, and our guest James Fowler brought the Whiskey!
We are live on tape at Casot, a craft Wine and cocktail bar. Whiskey tasting, snacking, and learning from the professional what it takes to be a true distilling company in the heart of Utah.
James Fowler is the owner of Sugar House Distillery, which is a grain to glass spirit manufacture, using fresh water from the Wasatch Mountains. All spirits are handcrafted and distilled here at the distillery. Products include Vodka, Bourbon Whiskey, Malt Whisky, Silver and Gold Rum.

We are joined with the owners of Sauced Up Salsa, George Bush and Jessica Erickson at Casot. We find out that George Bush like's choking people out, with more than just his salsa. Bill, and Jimmy were astonished to find out all the hard work George and Jessica put in to make their dreams spicier than most!
Jimmy's got the wine, Bill has the question's, Dawson forgot to turn on the camera's, and we all share some the most delectable salsa, and chips!

Brooks Kirchheimer is the Co-Founder of the Leave Room for Dessert Eateries, and was nice enough to let us in. He shares the fluffiest Skillet Rolls, while we drink Gin & Tonic from Aviation, with an orange slice.
Brooks let's us know of his dreams as a child, and what it took to accomplish them. Brooks shares a few stories from the restaurant industry, including what it takes to help farmers in need.

Jeff Carter has authored Citizens' Initiative to Amend and Modify Title 32B, which was a ballot to make alcohol more available to the citizens who want to buy it!
 
Jimmy brings the drinks, and snacks while Bill brings more than enough questions to get down to the bottom of what happens next with this ballot initiative.

Jimmy, and Bill are joined with the owner of Beehive Cigars Kendrick Woolstenhulme, and Brandon Overson about their operation with Beehive Cigars, as well as their line-up for the Mormon themed cigar brand Apostate Cigars.
Bill requests questions from our guests, and you wouldn't believe the rabbit hole it uncovered! Jimmy shares some Hamilton Pot Still Black Rum as well as Tawny Port. Don't spill when you slap that play button!
